  6. TIDY UP - After the sale, the Great West Team cleans up your grounds, removing debris from the sale and leaving your premises in good condition.
  7. FOLLOW UP - We attend to all financial details, including titles, financing and the recording of names and addresses of buyers.
  8. SETTLE UP - You receive a final accounting of your Auction with an itemized list of each item sold.
