4. SET UP - The day of the auction, the Great West Team reviews & finalizes everything to its greatest last minute details with you and the crowd, including clearly explaining the terms of the sale and Auction rules.
5. STIR UP - When the sale begins, John Stephens carefully manages the mounting enthusiasm, skillfully concentrating the crowd's excitement on your property and propelling bids to their maximum level.
6. TIDY UP - After the sale, the Great West Team cleans up your grounds, removing debris from the sale and leaving your premises in good condition.
7. FOLLOW UP - We attend to all financial details, including titles, financing and the recording of names and addresses of buyers.
8. SETTLE UP - You receive a final accounting of your Auction with an itemized list of each item sold.
